Jhalocado

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados (ripe and ready to eat)
  • 1 Medium sized Tomato
  • 1 Small Onion (optional)
  • 2 Table spoons Haldiram coated Peanuts
  • 2 Table spoons Haldiram bhujia
  • 1 Tea spoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste

Preparation

  • Slice Avocados and cut them into half inch cubes
  • Slice Tomatoes similar to Avocados
  • Finely chop Onion
  • Add lemon juice, Salt and Black pepper powder to it
  • Give it a toss
  • Finally add Haldiram Peanuts and Bhujia to the mix, just before you serve.
