Ingredients
- 2 Avocados (ripe and ready to eat)
- 1 Medium sized Tomato
- 1 Small Onion (optional)
- 2 Table spoons Haldiram coated Peanuts
- 2 Table spoons Haldiram bhujia
- 1 Tea spoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
Preparation
- Slice Avocados and cut them into half inch cubes
- Slice Tomatoes similar to Avocados
- Finely chop Onion
- Add lemon juice, Salt and Black pepper powder to it
- Give it a toss
- Finally add Haldiram Peanuts and Bhujia to the mix, just before you serve.
