Ingredients
- 1 cup Coriander leaves (Dhania).
- 1⁄3 cup Mint leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Red Onion medium sized.
- 6-8 Garlic cloves.
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 4-5 green chillies
- 1 large sized Tomato
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Table spoon Cumin powder
- 2 Table spoons of Yogurt (Dahi)
- 1 Tea spoon Salt
- 1 Tea spoon Red chilly powder.
- 2 Tea spoons of Chaat Masala or Mango powder.
Steps
- Pluck the leaves of Coriander and Mint.
- Chop the onions, ginger, green chillies, garlic and tomatoes into medium sized chunks.
- Add all the ingredients into a mixer jar.
- Grind it into a fine smoothie like paste.
